When asked which religion was right for him, one of his listeners responded with a question about the importance of a “good conscience.”
In an article for the website Lad Bible, the pastor of a Christian congregation in Tennessee, Paul B. Anderson, shared his personal religious beliefs with the viewer.
“I’m not religious at all, and I don’t believe in any gods,” Anderson told the viewer, “but I do believe in Jesus Christ, who died on the cross and rose again, and who died for all the world.”
“He’s our Lord,” he said.
“We have to obey him, and then he will take care of us.”
Anderson said he has heard many different religions, but he believed that the church of Christ was the one that had “the best” in terms of morality.
“This church has the best morals in the world,” he told the viewers.
“The Bible is the word of God, and the Bible is true.”
